Cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel your training, consultation, or supervision service and request a refund at any time before viewing/attending the training, consultation or supervision.

Please send an email with your request to kevin.riffel@playalldayinstitute.org. Once received, we will reply to your email to notify you that we have received your request and are processing your refund.
